  Packaging was good and item seems in good condition, but it is not what is described in the listing... the part #s do not match. I received a part like the picture but not as listed. Will not fit in my laptop. Seller argued that it was the right part when it was not. Seller did offer refund but did not offer to cover return postage. Not worth the money to return.

  Item arrived in a damaged box (USPS had damaged it), however, the seller had packaged it so well that the controller inside was safe and sound! Awesome job! The controller was tested upon arrival using Sonic R. All D-Pad and Thumbstick functions were great. Controller feels nice and crisp. Condition was as described by the seller, and the pictured item was the item that was received. A very positive experience!
