  Item arrived very well packaged, but unfortunately the post office must’ve been too rough with the item because the controller was damaged. That said, I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and provided a refund / resolution. I appreciate not having to go back and forth and their willingness to help me out. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this seller as they are trust worthy and clearly want to do right by the costumer.

  This Bearington Bear is beautiful! We have a Christmas Tree farm and make wreaths so it is perfect for my Boyd’s Bear/Bearington Bear display at Christmas. Bear arrived in perfect condition and was packaged extremely well. Shipping was delayed by the USPS and not seller’s fault. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you so very much.
