  12 of the 15 colors were actual CZ. The three colors labeled Tanzanite Color, Sea Blue, and Green were actually glass or quartz, and the green color was more sea foam than chrome green. I asked for a 20% refund for those 3 colors, and it was immediately granted. The 12 actual CZs were beautiful. The 3 glass/quartz ones were pitiful as pictured. As long as buyers are aware these are not all genuine CZ, all will be well. Shipping was fast and tracking was good. Good ebayer!

  Seller REFUSED to refund an item never received at sane time I purchased this item. This item went astray but eventually got to me when I got seller to resend on this one. But seller refused resend or refund on another item. Ebay had to step in with guarantee. Seller's communications throughout were slow and very poor. I don't recommend dealing with this seller.

  These arrived as described, packaged well. Love the sparkle! Had to be patient while in transit; shipping took longer than I thought it would. Taking these to my jeweler to set in a special necklace.
