They contacted me via email about the service I purchased. Wouldn't take anymore payment through Ebay, only email links which seemed a bit like a scam. Their quote was well over double of the competition to do the repair. When sending my board back to me they sent me a $30 shipping charge. Unexpected! I signed off on a $17 shipping charge and they still charged the $30. Will be contacting Ebay!
