  Shipping was quick, packaging excellent, and the item exactly as described. I do see the small crack the vendor mentioned in a private communication. The vendor did not have to mention this before, but she did and offered me a generous discount. This made my purchase an even better value, and I commend the vendor for her honesty.   Super fast shipping-2days. Extremely well packaged. Double boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap surrounded by packaging peanuts. The Royal Doultan Franklin Toby mug is exquisite. Very detailed painting and exactly as represented by the seller’s photographs. Very reasonable shipping costs. The seller was also willing to negotiate on the price.
