    Your product arrived DAMAGED and USELESS. POOR PACKAGING IS THE REASON. I WANT A REFUND and to RETURN your product. I have provided pictures of the damage. TWO feet are missing, one corner molding is missing, and you can see that the packaging was entirely incompetent to the purpose. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR !

    We're very sorry for the confusion and frustration. The missing parts were intentionally placed in the yellow envelope under the base to prevent damage in transit. The feet and decorations can be easily reattached with glue.
