  10 star review for customer service. I asked various questions about this saddle prior to purchase and every question was answered in a timely, professional and friendly manner. The saddle arrived within 2 days of purchase, however, unfortunately the saddle didn't fit the shape of my horses back. The saddle itself was lovely and good quality. Furthermore, during the returns process, Crosswinds Equestrian Ltd were extremely helpful. Would recommend using this company.

  Saddle is in good condition and as described. Quickly send. Annoyingly, the saddle was casually packed in a box without a cover or any kind of protection and with one of the saddle flaps badly bent which was really unnecessary.
