  The post office lost this item for 2 weeks. Once I made the seller aware, seller was on it. Called the post office and had them locate it. If not for this wonderful person's diligence, I probably never would have received it. That being said, this was mailed the day after I paid. It looks better than the pictures, just as described. Thank you it has been a great experience. I will buy again.

  Purchased on April 30th. It didn’t get to his post officeuntil May 7th. Good Lordy, seller isn’t kidding about taking 5 business days to ship. Good thing he’s not selling perishables. Item was described as “excellent condition”, well it was, but it needed a bath. Ty for bagging it. As for packing, he did an excellent job which is critically important when packaging fragile porcelain figurines. The post office can be brutal. Doubt if I’ll be doing anymore business with this seller.

  Buyer messaged 5/5 re: S/H status. Seller response 5/6 We have 5 bus. days not to include holidays, wkends or P.O. closings to mail pkg. Purchase 4/30 & Mailed 5/6., 1 day prior to contract agreement buyer made at purchase. Delay was w/ P.O. as it took 8 days to deliver after receipt of pkg. Re: Figurine needing a bath. We purchase “as best condition” & do minimal cleaning as collectors prefer items not be washed as it may cause damage or removal of labels/pkg. Mailed item was inspected & clean.

  Through no fault of the seller, the item was lost somewhere in the postal service. I was fine waiting but the seller was on top of it and wanted to be sure I was covered. Completely appreciate the attention to detail and the integrity of the seller. I'm very sorry the post office the seller is using has been difficult it seems.
