  We started off a little ruff with this order. I was sent the wrong items, but I contacted the seller and they had already realized they shipped the wrong item. They apologized and shipped the correct items to me. Mistakes happen and the world did not come to an end. I had a positive interaction with this seller.

  I cancelled the purchase a few hours later because I realized it was the wrong item. This seller was supposed to respond to the cancellation within 4 days but never responded at all or shipped the item. I sent the seller a message and, after a week passed with no response I contacted eBay and they stepped in and issued me a full refund. I don't know why the seller never responded. I don't like to give bad feedback, but in this case I believe it is warranted.
