  It arrived later than stated and was incorrect size (but very nice all the same). I contacted Anna, who was very apologetic and immediately dispatched the correct one - photograph of proof of postage was very reassuring. Both items packaged very well and the correct item was just what I hoped for - great value, good quality and condition. I cannot justify giving a lower star rating just because of an error.

  Poor quality item. The item that i received were counterfeit Faber Castell pencils & all though new condition, still fake. The seller didn't offer any support, other than tell me that i should speak to the original manufacturers & tell me they were good value. I then arranged a refund & the seller sent me a message to tell me they won't accept the refund if the items are used (which i knew) but it seemed they were saying this to try & be argumentative. Appearance is poor with Chinese writing.
