The seller would not refund my money and accused me of using the item, sending numerous messages but not refunding my money. I returned the item to the address stated on Ebay. Seller said they are no longer at that address and to go to the post office and stop the return to that address. I had to submit a claim against the seller with Ebay. Seller then refunded my money. Don't do business with this seller.

It was squished in a package bag, NOT a box to help maintain its shape and condition. It condition was not great. Its was less than good. I am currently in day two of trying to put it back into the shape it was designed to be in. If you can ask that the hat be placed in a box when shipping, DO IT, otherwise I feel nothing good will come to your door step. Lastly, quality does match its value, if that says anything.
