  Received the wrong cable (flat instead of round) but once informed this supplier was quick to respond and offer a refund which I have now received. As the item was low priced he did not request its return so I will donate it to charity. Hopefully if he gets the correct cable I will be able to reorder.

  The item was marked up as arriving on the first of April, which is why I gave it a 4* on dispatch. Well wrapped condition was good good value for money . Communication between seller and myself was good.

  Item was damaged on delivery i sent the seller a message and has refunded to respond. As you can see from the pictures. All the screws has been tempered with before sold my experience with the seller is NEGATIVE, I t wouldn't proceed without selecting positive that's the only reason selected positive

  As a matter of constructive feedback We were happy when the bed arrived however. If you're buing, ensure that you understand whether the listing requires the customer to pay for delivery as it was not clear to me initally. to the company. Please use a reliable national delivery network and not someone who lets you down and communicate delivery times clearly accurately to your customers instead of having to keep messaging to ask where my bed was. 3/5 overall customer experience.

  As Described Fast Delivery. Very GOOD PKG. Arrived Boxed sealed and heavy but box can be moved. Needs a lot of assembly. Needs Time and patience. But once assembled looks Quality.   Quite happy with the bedhead and seller. However the delivery company they use are absolutely useless was promised 3 different delivery times in 1 day but didn't arrive it arrived 2 days later at 7am with no notice at all. If anyone selling on eBay uses this will go elsewhere.
