  After a nightmare with another online bed company, i was nervous about this purchase. There was no need! Had a few questions before buying, the seller was very prompt and helpful in their replies. Understood the bed would take a while as i was told they are made to order. It was worth the wait! Delivery guys were great and took it upstairs for me, it was packaged extremey well, absolutely no flaws and fabulous quality!! Very easy to assemble and looks great! Very happy customer :) Thank you!

  Received the wrong cable (flat instead of round) but once informed this supplier was quick to respond and offer a refund which I have now received. As the item was low priced he did not request its return so I will donate it to charity. Hopefully if he gets the correct cable I will be able to reorder.

  Item was damaged on delivery i sent the seller a message and has refunded to respond. As you can see from the pictures. All the screws has been tempered with before sold my experience with the seller is NEGATIVE, I t wouldn't proceed without selecting positive that's the only reason selected positive

  The item was marked up as arriving on the first of April, which is why I gave it a 4* on dispatch. Well wrapped condition was good good value for money . Communication between seller and myself was good.

  As a matter of constructive feedback We were happy when the bed arrived however. If you're buing, ensure that you understand whether the listing requires the customer to pay for delivery as it was not clear to me initally. to the company. Please use a reliable national delivery network and not someone who lets you down and communicate delivery times clearly accurately to your customers instead of having to keep messaging to ask where my bed was. 3/5 overall customer experience.
