  Item was not delivered, ETA was changed around; zero communication and 2 weeks after I placed the order, the tracking details still said the item hadn't been picked up by the courier's yet... Wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt despite their Google reviews, but guess I got burnt like everyone else. Was the item even in stock? Why advertise it for sale if you're just going to refund the customer after 2 weeks? Waste of time.

  Wont buy from these guys again! purchased a body kit from them, no update on my order for over a month and a half, didnt respond to any of my questions regarding my order, im quite a patient individual so i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after that amount of time with zero communication on what was happening i decided to get ebay involved and then i got a refund with no explanation from them??? I do NOT recommend these guys i promise you it will save you alot of hassle:)

  Hi Apologies for the poor expereience. we had a batch of bad item came through and battling with the quality. instead asking for prolong waiting. sent the message about the delay and offered the refund straight away so customer can make purchase else where or make another purchase with accurate timeframe. once again apologies for the hassle caused to you

  Terrible packaging, no foam or packing material, just loose seat brackets, rails, and hardware bouncing around in a box. I paid $150 shipping, the least you can do is throw in a few newspapers and package the hardware better.
