  good items which seem to deter rodents, good value and good comunication from the seller, however I ordered a pack of 8 and only received six. asked seller for the other two and after a couple of emails they advised they had run out of stock and gave me a credit immidiately , so all good. thank you.

  Emily who I dealt with was a very considerate understanding person. I accidentally ordered the wrong item at 2 am at night. I sent a message five minutes later saying it was the wrong item. eBay in its wisdom refused to cancel the order sending me what I assume was an automated message. This is why dealing with humans most of the time better. How many responded to me next working day and cancelled the order and refunded the money. To me that shows an ethical business. Thank you.
