  Package was slow to arrive, questioned seller about status and did not receive a response. If package was not scanned upon delivery to the USPS, it should have been - always ask for a receipt on self-printed postage when taking things to be mailed at the post office - that way they have to scan it and seller will have proof of mailing. Item was poorly packaged (came open during shipment) so had to iron aida cloth before using. Item was as described, and price was fair.
