  The items was lost in transit and the seller was only to happy to replace. Seller offered to send a replacement and offered advice to help until we received replacement controller. Sadly I couldn’t wait for replacement so seller refunded original order. Refund was received quickly. I would recommend this seller.

  I received the remote control. I did not realise that I had to pair it with the sky unit and I contacted the seller for help. The seller replied within a few minutes and was very helpful. I highly recommend him as a top seller

  Item exactly as described. A nice quality item well packaged and dispatched quickly. Unfortunately the Royal Mail took there time delivering the package, l only received it today. Unusual for the Royal Mail l know but it just goes to show there human. Bless them.
