  This is my second purchase of a DeWalt tool from CPO. In both cases the descriptions were very accurate, response regarding questions was provided very quickly, and shipping very fast. In each case the tools were packed very well and in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

  Item was as described. Looked new, great price. Shipped in to large of box that some what self destructed during shipping. Missing only the cap and screws to mount the guard. CPO did communicate well & got the missing parts shipped to me. So it all worked out well. Giving a positive review mostly Due to their Costumer service.

  Very nice, well made, new 2026 House of Doolittle recycled seasonal wall calendar. Great graphics and large blocks of spaces to write each day's appointments. Great price and quality. The item was nicely packaged in clear plastic shrink wrap and mailed in a very sturdy cardboard box with plastic air filled shipping pillows. The shipping was very fast and the item arrived on schedule in perfect condition. The seller's communication was excellent. I highly recommend this seller! Thank You!

  This item came properly packaged and quick shipping. I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
