  The bulbs were accidently missing advertised and in truth poorly packaged for posting. However, the sellers communication was immediate and awesome. The problem was resolved with pictures and dealt with. Fully recommend this is a seller that can be worked with and rectified any issues. We are all human.

  Advertising the wrong item, Bought it as they said it would fit. Completely the wrong bulb. Put in a return, but they wanted over £3.25 shipping back to them. Contacted them, Took over a week for them to reply, sent pictures as proof etc, but now no reply to my messages. Will NEVER buy from this company again. Avoid!! 1 star service

  Unfortunately customer has purchased the wrong bulb for his vehicle, we sent exactly what has been advertised in the listing picture and description and since it is not our fault return postage cannot be paid by us otherwise we will go bankrupt with the minimal margins we are working off on ebay...

  It started off badly by the sender not paying enough postage but after a couple of communication’s by supplier and recipient. The supplier sent the excess postage to the recipient who was then able to retrieve the goods from the Post Office. Soo alls well that ends well. 👍

  Very quick service from ordering to receiving goods. Well packaged items too. i would highly recommend this company and will be ordering my wipers from them again in the future.
