  Item ordered on August 1, 2023 and was supposed to be delivered August 10, 2023. On August 11, 2023, it still had not shipped, so I asked for a refund. Seller ignored the request, five days later on the 16th shipped the item anyway, and left a “Sorry” message, with no explanation. The item was received on August 18th, despite the cancellation request.Item was as described when it was received.

  Worst eBay transaction I've EVER experienced. Ordered this on July 1st, expecting it to be delivered by Wednesday July 13th as was the expected date of delivery on the listing. The seller did not even ship until July 14th!!!! As such, I received a week late and now longer need it as it was for my son's birthday pool party. To add insult to injury, the seller didn't even respond to my request for refund. Extremely unprofessional!!!! I would not do business with this person ever again.

  The item itself exceeded expectations, arriving pristinely wrapped, and operating perfectly. However, the seller sat on my money for days, refusing to ship the item, until several communications from me. Life happens, sometimes we can’t act on our obligations right away, but a simple apology and/ or explanation would have been more appropriate.
