Finally eBay stepped in and gave me a refund.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. We take pride in shipping the same rug as shown in the listing and if for some reason if it's is not available we tell our clients to select another one. The alternate you selected for more exotic and unique pattern. That rug was discounted but I discounted more. You mentioned if it can't be in the same range just refund you, so I refunded. Brindles are more pricey.Again I am really sorry, you are always welcome to choose another one :)
