  I purchased used Apple AirPods from this seller. Although the listing said "used", they looked as if they were brand spankin' new! The earbuds were packaged perfectly in the original box, and they were clean and sanitary ... the seller took great care making sure the order would arrive in pristine condition. I've been using them since I got them and they sound superb, no faults. Pricing was excellent for these, as well. Great seller, very pleased! Thank you very much!

  I received my order promptly and was exactly as described. Unfortunately, the base is defective. I tested the headphones on an identical base that I've had forever and they worked well and they looked brand new! When I contacted the seller, I asked if I could exchange just the base. They immediately processed a refund because they didn't have another. No need to return. I thought that was quite generous since the headphones worked perfectly and are currently selling for $15-20. Thumbs up!

  Item arrived and reflected the exact condition it was listed/photographed in. Wasn’t packaged in a brown box but rather the proprietary item box itself; no damage. Functioned as expected. Communication with seller was direct, and they refunded me the difference of the item’s adjusted price after resolving an inquiry/matter about the item. Despite everything—very satisfied.
