Parcel was dropped into the front garden breaking new plant shoots despite the front door being only 10meters from where the parcel was dumped!!!!! I contacted the seller to ask how to pay for the delivered goods, but was informed that there is no facility to do this. The "Bot" at ebay was no help either. Feel very bad that I now have goods for which I haven't paid; but will ensure that I purchase from this supplier in the future.

Credit where credit is due I was given a full refund even though I didn't request one. So the customer service is the reason for the positive feedback. I would shop here again. Hopefully sturdier boxes will be used on double orders. Thank you.
