  I ordered four goblets. They were shipped by FedEx. One was broken. I was blocked from requesting a refund. The seller said that they would take care of it. They said that they were also blocked but would look into it. It was several weeks later and I hadn’t heard back. I now have requested a refund for the broken one.At this time, I took the other three goblets out of the box. One of the decorations had a space missing. Also, on that goblet, the decoration was almost a 1/2” lower than normal

  I tried to contact ebay to get the block removed but dealing with a shipping company and Ebay took time. I said if you wanted a refund, I would happily ablige if you set up the return request. In the 4th picture, it shows the disconnect in the decor. Thats why they were $6.
