  I had a great experience with this seller! They were quick to answer questions, very polite answering multiple follow-up questions. They were very willing to help, put in extra time and effort to assess the functionality of the binoculars, and went above and beyond with extra cleaning to verify the quality of the wear/tear condition prior to shipping. All this without adding extra fees (great value). It was well packaged, shipping was immediate, and arrived quickly within days as described.

  Shipping through Fedex is problematic at best, yeah they managed to FedExecute the box, which caused some repairable damage. Great value, item was as described when shipped, seller had it Packaged with about 6 inches of surrounding material, the box looked as though it had been dropped from the top of the Empire State Building. Seller's communications & offered resolution were very acceptable.

  Minutes before the auction closed, I reviewed the photos and description, noting transparency and seriousness that inspired confidence to bid. The seller was very diligent, creating the shipping label the same night I won and dispatching the next day. The packaging was impeccable, the item arrived intact.   Seller went above and beyond regarding shipping. Packaging was abundant and upon receipt item was exactly as described, and definitely represented a good value. Unfortunately, likely in handling during shipping, there was some damage to the door, but I believe I can address that. Considering the great care the seller went to assure the item was protected, sometimes things still happen.
