  Card came as described, however, shipping was delayed at no fault of the seller. My only complaint and concern is that the seller lied to me when I asked about the shipping delay. He said he called the post office and that they told him it was delivered. This was his attempt to settle my concerns. It is OK that he did not call the post office. However, he should not have lied to me and said that the card was delivered. When clearly it was not - it came today, January 14 after being sent 12/23.

  First off this seller is horrible with communication. He took weeks to reply to my msgs & almost 6 weeks to resolve my claim. My package was returned to seller saying undeliverable address but have no idea how or why, my address is current and have never had any issues receiving anything before. Seller asked me to send more money to reship item, when I refused is when he refunded my order. As a seller you should accept the risks in sending items in untrackable envelopes. Very disappointing!!

  Absolutely not true. The day his message was received by that he didn't get his card I messaged right back. Then the day I received his letter back with the card I took pics and showed him his address was not deliverable. He never replied back to that message. He was given a full refund. His address was undeliverable USPS stamped it on the letter. He never replied to the pics I took showing him his address was undeliverable and I gave him a full refund
