I purchased the item in August and they dispatched it at the start of September (as expected) after checking the tracking number they provided, they had cancelled the shipping and would not offer a refund, I had to go through ebay customer service to get a refund so overall not the best seller.

Spoke to the seller on 28th of May to ask how much longer they would take and got a reply saying they were posted on 1st of June. I reply how were they posted on 1st of June when it’s only 28th May?? It’s now 12th June the party has been and gone and still no boots. I was dressed as Elton John, brilliant costume apart from the boots that obviously didn’t arrive.
