  Thankyou for going above and beyond in terms of customer service. I realised that I had ordered the wrong size and tried to contact them to change it but my message didn't go through. By the time I did contact them?, my order had been dispatched to the depot. They arranged for it to be retrieved and returned to them so that they could sent out the correct size. Cannot thank them enough for how helpful they were.

  I had an issue with my order, as one of the two items I purchased was missing. However, the seller was responsive and handled the situation professionally. After reaching out, they promptly investigated the issue and issued a refund for the missing item. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to resolve the problem. Thank you for your help!

  Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. We have sent you a cctv clip of 2 items being wrapped, packed & dispatched confirming that 2 were definitely inside when it left us. The package weight & dimensions also correspond with 2 items being enclosed. You have advised only one was inside when the package arrived so the only explanation would be that one has come out in transit. In these instances we do need to make a claim with the carrier for loss which we have done so we can refund or replaace.
