  The items I purchased arrived in perfect condition and were packaged exceptionally to keep everything in perfect condition, shipping was taken into account in the price of the items giving excellent value and the products are great quality, Joe went out of his way to look after me even though he was on holiday and even upgraded my items purchased due to a very short delay that was out of his control which I greatly appreciated.   Wasn't in stock as advertised... when you said 'you will have it sent via retail partner' it appeared to be fair enough... but that store was AMX who didn't dispatch it until a week later... FROM PERTH... so over 2 weeks for it to arrive... would've been better off issuing a refund so I could've got it from MXstore a few days later when they had them back in stock, for cheaper... not impressed, I don't shop with people like AMX or MXO for this reason, I prefer local, reliable QLD businesses.

  Not impressed. Offered express post but waited 5 days to deliver to the Australia post. I would prefer honesty upfront. The product is as advertised.
