  Excellent service with an incredibly prompt delivery - taking only 4 days to reach Northern Ireland from Japan. Item is just as described and very well packaged. Communication was also good. I do believe there should be more transparency about the Customs Fees on the item description - maybe a rough estimate based on region. The 20% tariff paid on the lens meant that this became substantially more costly than anticipated.

  I had sold MY GM5 camera years ago and regretted it. Decided I wanted to re-buy one but had to be super mint! Cool Japan had one, it was listed as mint..and after I received it, it was even better than Mint, AS DESCRIBED, it looks 99.99% new. GREAT communication...got the camera in TWO days . No issues with tarrifs, customs anything. Cool Japan Store packaged the camera UNBELIEVEBLY well ! It's wlorking perfectly. I would buy from them again anytime. They went above & beyond when no other seller I messaged would & shipped next day with priority shipping for no extra cost. Other sellers wouldn’t even reply back I was willing to pay extra for shipping or straight up told me no. This seller replied immediately & did it without cost, great experience!
