IT DIDNT, however with a few days of modifications on the frame we got it to fit, this radiator should be dramatically better than the one I removed, and far cheaper than buying the OEM one from freightliner. I was honestly a bit surprised it fit at all, and I cant complain about the price. Shipping and packaging was good as well. Biggest problem is it wont fit and requires mods
