  After having received the product it was not what was represented in the ad the seller had a no return policy. After making contact with the seller and finding out it was a new product to the cooler depot they fully refunded the purchase and made things right. Thank you for working with us.

  I’m a first time buyer looking for a small walk in cooler, not educated enough on walk ins so I looked at different units on eBay and found this one. Paid for it and when I got it it had NO instructions, unit was advertised like it came with everything needed to have a walk in but didn’t have the cooler unit. No help when contacted company just said go to utube for instructions. Said no where on did they say cooler not included, I feel deceptive advertising and they need to do better.
