  Tried to cancel the order within an hour of ordering but was told that that was not possible. Even though it was a Saturday and there was no post. I messaged them about cancelling it but my message was ignored. So I waited ... and waited ... and waited (postage is in the same country, only 200kms away, I should have it in 2 days). A week after the expected arrival date I contact them and this was also ignored. So thanks to Ebay I got a refund. But zero communication throughout from this seller

  Item dispatched and arrived on time. Item was simply packed with throw away paper but well packed so not vulnerable to damage in the post. No instruction manual provided but very easy to find online. Product functions as originally designed.

  Seller took a while to send the player and after 3 weeks of shipping it unfortunately didn't arrive. Unfortunately it was also sent without tracking. Opened a refund claim on eBay and got a refund after 3 days, seller didn't respond to the claim.

  item was said to be dispatched and was even given a tracking number but must have been wrong or fake as no info was put on it and t6he item never arrived. tried contacting seler several times but no response. very dissapointed of this as i was looking forward to recieving my order but in the end had to contact ebay to get a refund.
