  This item arrived quickly and well packaged. Seller was flexible with the price and accepted my best offer. The listing described the item accurately and I knew exactly what I was getting.   Was shipped quickly and arrived in the condition in the pictures. There's a small break in the case but looking at the photos of the listing again it was definitely there when it was put up and they didn't try to conceal it so I can't blame the seller, especially for the more than fair price. Overall happy with my purchase and recommend the seller.

  The shipping time was ok, but the item was packed in a standard bag mailer not even a bubble mailer. The hair was also a absolute disaster which was not disclosed and took me 2 days to fix. I tried to reach out to the seller about it but they wouldn't respond, so I did seek a return/refund and was granted it, which is the only reason I'm leaving neutral feedback.
