  Received the splicer in good condition but the punch tool that comes with it was NOT present. I contacted the seller who said he sold me the item as he had received it. That doesn’t help me. So, I rate the seller positively for his rapid response and condition of the splicer as received, but negatively for the fact he didn’t include all of the items.

  The quality was amazing that it came in. The Kinect Sensor didn't work, so I reached out to the seller and got feedback within MINUTES! Very understanding, asked for help, when that didn't work I got a partial refund! The box was in good shape, same with all the parts. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!
