  Great quality. New unworn product-store tag still attached. Excellent value. Very happy. Unable to place bid owing to some technical issue or other-kept being told there was an error-tried several times and different bids and reloading etc. Advised seller after item did not sell and was relisted, therefore made an offer which was accepted and item put in post the same day. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Trusted seller, who I recommend.

  Nice quality item, delivered on time in as new condition and good value. We had an issue with the description of the item listed, we thought the the item was for 2 x 500ml bottles but only one was delivered. When we contacted the supplier they responded immediately to our query and offered a 50% refund. As a result of the way they handled my issue we would use this supplier again when we need to purchase this item again. Great communication.

  Fast delivery but unfortunately package was received damaged — chewed through including contents. Seller has issued a partial refund. The fault lies with the courier that they used. Seller is very courteous and communication is immediate.

  Item is not as described. I have ordered the professional version of this product and been sent the standard. When i have questioned this the seller has come back to me and stated that the packaging has changed (after requesting for a photo) the item i have been sent IS the standard version and i have contacted the manufacturer to verify. Awful service. Would never use again.

  Exactly what i wanted for making Sloe Gin. Looked around on the internet and this company were not only the cheapest for the ammount i wanted but also had 2 day delivery where most others were a week or more. Packaging was very good aswell. Recommend this seller.
