  I had an issue with the trackpad that the seller missed, but he promptly offered a full refund. I instead countered to refund me the cost of a trackpad and I can install it myself, that way we both do not have money or product in shipping limbo. He refunded me more than I asked for. I would buy from this seller again, thinkpad is in great condition as described.
