    Item was as advertised. Shipping was in the time they stated. Communication was poor, at best. We requested an expedited shipping on theirs or our account. They completely ignored the request and just replied to the message with a seemingly bot generated shipping notification.

    Product was as described and fit and worked as original part. Customer service was excellent in that the first item shipped did not arrive and when contacted they promptly sent out a replacement the next day. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely would use them again for part for my compressor.

    As described , looks like it will do the job , however usps took to long took 12 days to get from Nebraska to IL. Tracking number provided but just kept saying on its way to next facility , didnt move for several days , no response from seller when asked for assistance

    Why this wasn't shipped to my business address is bull they happily took my money only to keep it for a week before I had to go and ask why my order hasn't shipped only for them to refund my card that takes another 7 to 10 days without my money so I can order from someone that actually wants to sell one mean while my business suffers without the equipment I need because of them that's not right I feel as though the should be responsible for the loss of review im experiencing due to there actions
