We are closed Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Japanese national holidays. We are also closed for several days in May, August, and New Year’s Day. The package will be shipped from our office or the shipping agent warehouse.

    The shipping fees are not clear, the show you the cost of the shipping and after you make the purchase they talk to you in direct and ask for more shipping fees . And after arguing with them about the cost they cancel the order by themselves!!!
