  Item was shipped very quickly, with updates every step of the way. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the item as I didn't like it at all (my own fault for not doing enough research), but this was dealt with efficiently and I got refunded the full amount minus the cost of sending it back. Seller was always friendly and quick to respond to messages. Would buy from them again :)

  Ordered and was with me within 1-2 days - really great service and the team were on hand to answer any queries I had about the PC. Great seller, with clear and helpful comms every step of the way! Would really recommend buying from them if you don’t want to overpay on new products from the big tech chains!
