  Product description indicated this was "ready for download". I purchased it because I needed it quickly and did not want to wait for a product to ship. But, it took several days to even get the registration code to use the software, so that was quite frustrating. Marking this as a Positive experience since I did finally get the registration information and they did follow up once they had sent it.

  Good honest company, i hoped to add a new user as in new company and all with no prior license, they checked before with me so i dont buy something i cant use and they cancelled for me!
