  Nothing but good things to say about this seller. The item arrived quickly but was damaged during shipping even though it was packed well with "fragile" written on the box. I contacted the seller. She was very apologetic and immediately gave me a substantial refund while also allowing me to keep the item, which I'm hoping I can repair. I would definitely do business with her again.

  Wanted to let you know the pony arrived this afternoon, intact! You did a magnificent job packing him so he wouldn’t get damaged. I could tell the box had been smushed in more than one place, but he is fine. He is as you said and I appreciate you accepting my offer. He will not be sold again. He will stay in my family. Money well spent! I definitely would purchase from you again without worry of porcelain getting broken.
