I called the 2 phone numbers that was listed and no one answered. Went to voice mail. I left a message but no one called me back. Tried the email that was listed but never got a response. Seller shipped incredibly fast, 2 days from southern most US to northern most US. Haven't hooked up the elsys modem yet but plan to in the next week.
