  It arrived super fast, packaged nicely. It was a little dirty but nothing some cleaning couldnt fix. Minor scuffing but nothing major. Originally had a minor issue with battery, but seller helped me fix that issue. The seller was very patient with me even when i was being stupid. Overall im very pleased with both product and the customer service :) well worth the cost!

  For an older iPod I recieved it was in very good condition. The quality of all the products I got in the mail was phenomenal for the package deal. The only unfortunate issue was the hard drive did die upon receiving it, but the seller did graciously compensated by offering to give me a partial refund which was amazing. The partial refund was agreed upon by us both but he did offer to exchange so the communication and professionalism was amazing. Will definitely purchase another in the future.
