  I experienced 2 issues with my order. The first one, I received a card that's basically destroyed with a tear on the back. This amount of damage was not showcased on the item's pictures. Second, the seller forgot to ship one of the cards from the lot; he first told me he was going to ship it, but then didn't and refunded me, leaving me without a card. I tried contacting the seller to negotiate and meet in the middle, but the seller refused to do so. My options to solve this were disregarded.

  Alex received a discount for buying multiple cards, the HP card was already discounted so it was discounted twice, then I paid for their shipping to close the deal. Weeks later somehow one of the cards "went missing", so I issued a full refund and Alex said they were unaware of the HP cards condition and wanted a refund for that card as well, I refused due to the listings description and photos which showed that. A cautionary tale for buyers to READ listings before you buy.

  My item said delivered but never arrived to my house and the seller issued a full refund. Package may have been lost along the way somewhere. Would do business again!
