  Package took one heck of a journey to get from Montana to Connecticut by way of Washington… Anyhow, well packaged for shipping, but the box it came in looks beat. Priced right for the product and seems to be new (box aside). There are other folks who have bought the same thing that have the same issue with the packaging. eBay won’t let me upload a photo here for some reason.

  Box seemed a little beat up on the inside like maybe it was returned at some point, but who knows so I won’t assume it’s a seller issue. Could have just been the way the manufacturer packaged it. Experience was very positive and had no problems with the seller or shipping times and it was a great price.

  Very poor customer service. Was sent wrong product and wanted to do a return to get the correct part and was denied. So I asked for a refund and was told they do do refunds on Bike parts. I had to ask ebay to step in to solve this issue.
