  I thought that I had ordered large floating pellets but when they arrived they were medium. I contacted the seller on Tuesday and by Friday a replacement bag arrived. This is first class service, so I can't thank you. I have used these pellets for many years and I have large healthy Koi as a result.

  Don’t buy from this seller, absolutely terrible, said item was posted a week ago later still not received, no  communication until I said I’m contacting eBay then said they will refund now , 3 days later no refund. EBay sorted it out This is the second time this has happened with this seller same excuse damaged in post . Advertising stock what they don’t have .!!!!!! BEWARE.
