  The machine I ended up with works great and came packed well and in very good condition. The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. There was a 12 hour time difference between the seller and myself, but they always answered my requests

  Purchase in nsw. Machine shipped from China with excellent fed ex. Good customer service. Took one week to come. Came so fast did not have time to make room in garage for the machine. Lazer machine came well package. Good support. Super fun to play with. Might get another one.

  I have huge admiration for the product supplier. The consistent tenacity to solve the setback is admirable. Over past 4 days they have requested many checks by me to identify a communication issue between the machine and hand piece. With their direction together we have identified the problem and have been able to correct it. It has been very satisfying experience. Thank you guys. Michael

  It works and they responded to questions in a timely and helpful manor. Only real feedback I would give them is to avoid using EDI Express, EDI is one of my least prefered shippers and has the worst customer service ever.
