It took them two weeks to actually hand the item over to USPS, but it actually may have been delivered by RickShaw or taped to the back of a tortoise, I have no proof since I was not home when it was physically delivered. I will not buy from the seller again due to their unsatisfactory shipping

The item shipped on the 22nd but missed the scan and didn't update the tracking scan until the 26th when it got close to you.

I requested a refund and returned the purchased items that I received in their original packaging even.. The seller tried to short change me on the refund.. You use your existing pins, no one else has had this misunderstanding. There are no pins in the picture and there is no claim that pins are included.
