  I’m only giving them a positive rating because, eventually, I did receive the item I ordered and as described. It took them two weeks to actually hand the item over to USPS, but it actually may have been delivered by RickShaw or taped to the back of a tortoise, I have no proof since I was not home when it was physically delivered. I will not buy from the seller again due to their unsatisfactory shipping

  Excellent Seller! Extra fast shipping and delivery. Great communication and tracking information. Quality product, perfect condition but I order the wrong magazine for my grandson's rifle. I contact the seller, very attentive, quick response and they sent a return postage for this item. After they received the item, my refund was given very quickly.   Item was exactly as described. Only problem I had was the label was printed asap on the 21st and then the item didn’t actually ship until the 26th when I finally contacted EBay about the problem.

  Thank you for fixing your feedback but it is still incorrect. The item shipped on the 22nd but missed the scan and didn't update the tracking scan until the 26th when it got close to you.

  Purchased this heat shield but the clamps and screws must have fallen out of package. Contacted seller and he sent the missing hardware promptly without a hassle. A+ seller.
