Sent to the wrong state, didn’t take responsibility for it… “How did THAT happen?”…. No communication, never told me how he was going to make it right…just showed up days after I had needed it…now I am stuck with something I no longer need since it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and I was forced to get the replacement at retail markup. He made me feel like it was my fault he sent it to another state. I communicated with him that I would replace the item. The post office sent it to the wrong location and a case was opened. I have no control over USPS. The label printed the address on the customers account, I had no influence on the address. The customer doesn't understand the sometimes USPS get's in wrong. I have block this customer from further purchases and if you're a seller I recommend doing the same.
